TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

MY PROMISE TO MY CLIENTS: I, Jennifer Jo McLaughlin, Oregon Massage Therapy License #10533, promise to uphold all State and National Laws and Regulations and to perform my craft & operate my business with integrity, professionalism and excellence.

  • I vow to customize our session to successfully accomplish your intended massage goals, creating the treatment plan collectively and being accountable for my therapeutic role.
  • I vow to always continue to educate myself so that my massage therapy practice will be enriched with new techniques and skill sets.
  • On Site On Set Events are catered to your specific needs: indoor or outdoor, guaranteed! 

MY REQUESTS OF MY CLIENTS:  If you must cancel (I hope you don't have to!) or reschedule (life happens, I understand!), please do so within 24 hours.  Otherwise,  clients agree that Jenni Jo may charge the card on file $50 for missed appointments and $25 for rescheduled appointments. 

  • Be complete & accountable with your health information and any changes that occur between sessions so that our treatment plan can be adjusted in relation to any changes.
  • This is strictly a therapeutic/relaxation massage and the session can be ended at any time by either party if those parameters are violated.
  • By contracting with Jenni Jo, all clients agree to a $150 event guarantee, in exchange for 75 minutes  hands-on time.  Set up time is not included in 75 minutes.  Upgrade to 2 hours for $30 more ($180). Additional hours are billed at $80.  Includes a 25 mile radius.  Additional miles are billed at .50cents per mile.
